Interior Architect

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver interior design projects that meet client expectations.
• Play an active role in concept design, space planning, material selection, lighting and colour palette development.
• Manage project budgets and timelines while safeguarding quality at every stage of the design process.
• Prepare technical drawings and visuals using AutoCAD, 3D modelling and other design software.
• Work closely with implementation and construction teams to ensure designs are delivered accurately and on schedule.
• Develop functional, aesthetic and sustainable interior solutions.
• Manage the project process through continuous communication with the client.

Requirements:

• A degree in Interior Architecture or a related field.
• At least [X] years of experience in interior design and project development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop and similar design software.
• A creative, aesthetically minded approach with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset and experience in client relationship management.
• Excellent time management and the ability to run several projects in parallel.
• Advanced English (preferred).
