Junior Marketing Manager

As a Junior Marketing Manager, you will help shape our marketing strategies and play an active role in managing both digital and traditional marketing campaigns. In this position, you will contribute to creative projects that promote our company's brand and products, and work to improve the effectiveness of our marketing activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the development of marketing strategies and take part in their implementation
• Run digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media advertising, etc.)
• Create and edit content (social media, blog, newsletters, etc.)
• Analyse marketing data, prepare reports and make recommendations
• Manage social media accounts and engage with the follower community
• Run email marketing campaigns and measure their impact
• Gather customer feedback and incorporate it into marketing strategies
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Support events, promotions and advertising activities
• Track the marketing budget and manage it effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing (including internships or similar positions)
• Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media and content management
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and Google Analytics
• Ability to use social media platforms effectively (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative, analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach
• A team player who adapts well to a dynamic working environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads
• Proficiency in email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
• Knowledge of SEO, content strategy and web analytics
• Knowledge of English (preferred)
