Senior Art Director

As a Senior Art Director, you will shape the visual identity of brands and lead our creative projects. You will guide the design team, deliver high-quality and ground-breaking visual solutions, and oversee the entire creative process of each project. This role calls for a strong perspective that is both strategic and aesthetic.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leading creative projects from start to finish and directing their visual approach
• Guiding and inspiring the design team and sharing the creative vision
• Analysing client briefs and developing designs that meet strategic and aesthetic objectives
• Producing innovative visual solutions for digital, print and social media projects
• Managing design processes across areas such as visual identity, logo design, advertising campaigns, web design and video content
• Following design and visual communication trends and putting forward innovative ideas
• Ensuring quality and consistency at every stage of the creative process
• Preparing client presentations and making revisions based on client feedback
• Working collaboratively with team members to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
• Taking a meticulous approach at every stage of the design process

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication or a related field
• At least 5-7 years of experience in the creative industries, preferably with agencies or major brands
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools
• Extensive experience in web, mobile, print and social media design
• Command of creative processes and strong strategic thinking
• Team management and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and inspire designers
• Good command of English (preferred)
• A strong portfolio (samples demonstrating your previous projects and creative solutions)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience of UI/UX design
• Experience in 3D modelling, animation or video production
• Experience in web design and digital media projects
• Knowledge of social media and digital advertising trends
