UI Designer

As a UI Designer, you will design the user interfaces of our digital products and create compelling visuals that improve the user experience. You will be involved in every stage of the UI design process, developing visually refined and user-friendly solutions. In this role, you will think user-first to produce creative solutions and collaborate closely on the technical aspects of design.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Creating user-friendly, visually appealing and functional designs
• Improving design processes through user research and testing
• Designing interfaces that adapt to different devices and screen sizes (responsive design)
• Ensuring high quality at every stage of UI design
• Working closely with user experience (UX) to increase the effectiveness of designs
• Preparing prototypes and wireframes in line with project requirements
• Maintaining existing designs and keeping them up to date by proposing improvements
• Following design trends and offering innovative solutions
• Keeping design files and assets organised and shared within the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in UI design
• Advanced command of design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, InVision and Illustrator
• A strong portfolio in UI design and user-centred thinking
• Experience with responsive and mobile-friendly design
• Ability to follow design trends and develop innovative solutions
• Experience in prototyping and designing wireframes and flow diagrams
• Basic UX knowledge and familiarity with user testing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A team player who is creative and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of motion design (animation)
• Familiarity with web design and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS)
• Knowledge of agile working methodology
• Good command of English (preferred)
